Dear Fall Conference Commercial Exhibitors:
The Department of Technology will hold its 87th Fall Conference on Thursday October 29 and Friday October 30, 2026. It is a privilege to extend to you an invitation to exhibit and advertise at our 87th conference.
We will be using the corridors that connect Shineman, Wilber, and Park Halls for the commercial exhibitor area. Our anticipated conference attendance is around 500 technology education teachers and technology professionals. The conference is also attended by undergraduate and graduate students who will be future technology teachers. The fee is $400.00 per booth, which includes 120V electricity and WiFi access at the booth. The fee also includes advertising on the conference program website. A portion of each booth rental will be given to the Department of Technology Student Association. If you have participated with our conference in the past, you know our student volunteers do a great deal for our conference. Please complete the enclosed “Commercial Exhibits Contract,” make a check payable to SUNY Oswego Department of Technology, and mail the contract and check to:

Booth set up for exhibitors is on Wednesday, October 28th. Presentations start at 9am on both Thursday and Friday.
Please note that exhibitors purchasing commercial space are also welcome to submit a presentation proposal.
